Terms of Service

Last updated: May 25, 2026

These Terms define the boundary for using Dosie as a private medication protocol tracker.

Acceptance

By accessing the Dosie website or using the Dosie app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Dosie is intended for adults who already have a medication or protocol plan and want a private record-keeping tool.

Not Medical Advice

Dosie is a tracking and organization tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, dosing instructions, interaction advice, stack advice, protocol optimization, or emergency guidance.

Nothing in the app, website, copy, calculations, cadence status, vial level display, history, symptom log, site rotation record, or settings text should be treated as healthcare advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health, medication, dosing, administration, or treatment decisions.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including medication names, dose amounts, units, vial details, cadence settings, application sites, symptoms, and notes.

You are responsible for how you interpret or act on information shown in the app. Dosie does not verify the identity, legality, authenticity, source, quality, storage, labeling, concentration, or safety of any medication or substance you track.

You are responsible for complying with all laws, rules, prescriptions, professional guidance, and safety requirements that apply to you.

No Professional Relationship

Using Dosie does not create a physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, provider-patient, dietitian-client, trainer-client, advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Dosie or its service providers.

Dosie is not designed for medical emergencies. If you believe you may be experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

V1 Product Boundary

V1 focuses on quick dose logging, multiple medications, multiple active vials, home status, application site history, symptom severity notes, local tracker counts, and safety boundary copy.

V1 does not include a full schedule planner, reminders, export/reporting, profile questions, meal scanner, Apple Health, sleep tracking, bloodwork tracking, AI medication assistant, community features, protocol optimization, or personalized dosing advice.

Features may change over time. Additional features may require updated terms, privacy review, medical review, compliance review, or user consent before launch.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dosie for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not use Dosie to facilitate illegal purchase, sale, distribution, import, administration, or promotion of any medication, peptide, supplement, controlled substance, or related product.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, interfere with, overload, bypass access controls, misuse subscriptions, submit malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or service.

Subscriptions and App Stores

If paid features are offered, subscription access, billing, cancellations, refunds, and renewals may be handled through Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment infrastructure.

App store and payment provider terms may also apply. Dosie is not responsible for app store outages, payment failures, refund decisions, account restrictions, or third-party billing issues.

Third-Party Services

Dosie may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, subscriptions, backend infrastructure, diagnostics, security, support, or website delivery.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, pricing, policy changes, data handling, or availability.

Availability and Data

The app and website may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, or discontinued. You should not rely on Dosie for safety-critical, medical, emergency, dosing, or treatment decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, backups, passcodes, app store account, internet connection, and any other systems needed to use the app.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Dosie is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dosie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for injury, health outcomes, data loss, missed entries, inaccurate entries, missed cadence status, subscription issues, third-party failures, or decisions you make based on the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after updated Terms are posted or made available means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
